Common questions

Why does a feature download something the first time?
Each feature uses an artificial intelligence model that runs on your phone. It downloads once, the first time you use that feature, and is kept for next time. Wi-Fi is best, because some are large.

Is my original photo changed?
No. Yesteryear saves the restored photo as a new picture and leaves your original untouched.

I bought the unlock on another phone.
Open Settings in Yesteryear and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Google or Apple account.

How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, so refunds go through them. We are happy to help if you email us.
